ANN ARBOR PROCEEDING WITH UTILITY PROJECT

After years of delay, the City has finally confirmed that it is proceeding with a long-planned sewer project.

The City of Ann Arbor issued good faith offers to residential property owners that I represent to acquire an easement allowing construction of a utility project.  Whether as a result of COVID or otherwise, the City has delayed to act on those good faith offers, even after holding public hearings.

I have been contacted by newly-retained counsel for the City indicating that new good faith offers will be issued and condemnations filed with the hope of constructing the project in 2023.  In order for that to happen, the good faith offers should be forthcoming shortly.

If you wish to join the group of owners that I represent, please feel free to contact me.
