ITC filed four new vegetation management cases in Livonia last week

As I have described in many past blog posts, ITC is engaging in a systematic campaign to increase its vegetation management rights throughout its entire Michigan transmission line system.  I have handled the majority of the vegetation management cases that ITC has filed, including cases in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, and Lapeer Counties.

Last week, ITC filed four more cases against a group of neighbors in Livonia.  I will be representing property owners in this project.

This blog post details many of the issues that arise in an ITC taking.

Please feel free contact me if you have been approached by ITC or any other condemning authority about the acquisition of property rights.
