ITC MACOMB-ORCHARD TRAIL SUBJECT OF MEDIA ATTENTION

ITC’s filing of numerous condemnation lawsuits was the subject of press coverage by the Macomb Daily and WXYZ Television.

I have discussed my representation of a large ownership group being impacted by ITC’s takings that will essentially clear cut back yards and expose owners to the Macomb Orchard Trail. The media has picked up the story. First, the Macomb Daily ran an article that quotes both this blog and me. Then, WXYZ ran a story on the same subject.
If you are one of the owners who has not yet retained counsel in this project, please feel free to review this post which discusses ITC takings issues and contact me.
