The Road Commission for Oakland County has filed two new condemnations for its Baldwin Road Project north of I-75.
The Road Commission for Oakland County (“RCOC”) is proceeding with right-of-way acquisitions along Baldwin Road north of I-75. These acquisitions are necessary for a road improvement project. The project includes widening a two mile stretch and adding roundabouts to reduce congestion in the vicinity of Great Lakes Crossing.
As this is just phase I of the project, look for more takings to follow.
