ITC Making Good Faith Offers in Taylor

International Transmission Company (“ITC”) is making new good faith offers in Taylor for extended vegetation management rights.

To date, I have handled approximately 50 vegetation management cases filed by ITC in Wayne County Circuit Court for properties in Taylor and Brownstown.  I have just been contacted by a property owner who received a good faith offer for property in Taylor.

The transmission lines commence at a facility at Ecorse and Sloan Roads and runs south along Sloan, cut southwest on Guidot, south on Pardee Street, then Mary Street, then in backyards on Mueller Street.  Since I have already handled the cases for property owners on Koths Street, I assume that ITC has acquired all the rights to that point.

To learn more about the condemnation process involving ITC takings, please read this post.

If you have received a good faith offer from ITC, I would be happy to talk to you about it.
