ITC ACTIVE IN TAYLOR

ITC appraisers are contacting property owners in Taylor, demonstrating that good faith offer and lawsuits will soon follow.

I have been contacted about ITC activities in Taylor, Michigan.  ITC owns an existing transmission line and is presumably seeking to acquire broad rights to clear vegetation from around the transmission lines.  The homes that I have viewed are close enough to the transmission lines that the rights ITC are seeking to acquire will include the ability to clear cut all vegetation around homes.  This vegetation often acts as a buffer between the lines, neighbors and the street.  It also serves to beautify homes.

If you have been contacted by an appraiser acting on behalf of ITC, please feel free to contact me.
